How do I order trophies?
We want to make ordering as easy as possible for you. For trophies listed on the website please follow the step by step process on the trophy page or if you prefer, you can give us a call or pop into our shop. If you require items shown in the catalogue, please either email details of the product(s) to info@cromertrophies.co.uk or telephone 01263 515741.
From experience we know that you may have a written list of the award titles and winners. To save you having to enter these individually into the website, we are happy for you to email the list to us with the relevant trophy code alongside.
We will then send you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer, card or pop in and pay in store.
Can you deliver my order?
We are happy to arrange for delivery of orders with Royal Mail or in some instances we can deliver local orders to you ourselves.
Do you engrave annual trophies?
We have more than 30 years experience of engraving annual trophies for golf, sailing and every other sport you could think of. All engraving is carried out on the premises, which is fully insured. We have a range of engraving machines, which means that we are able to match the font to past winners.
I need a trophy in a hurry, can you help?
We stock a good range of trophies, which means if time is of the essence we can react. If we do not have the trophy you require in stock, providing it is in stock with our supplier and ordered before 1pm, we can have this delivered to us the next working day and despatched to you the same day (subject to confirmation).
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving cost varies depending on the item and type of engraving required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to provide a price.
Trophies & giftware purchased from us are engraved at a discounted price.
Can you engrave a logo?
Yes, we can. The artwork you supply ideally needs to be black & white, and as high a resolution as possible. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss what we can do.
